*Concessional rates are eligible to delegates who are:
- AARE Concessional Members;
- Non-waged or financially disadvantaged;
- Full-time postgraduate research students;
- Early-career researchers (within five years after being awarded a doctoral degree) who are low-wage as a result of being in part-time, sessional, or short-term contract employment;
- Retired.
*Delegates attending who are based in Low Income Countries (LIC) from the Indo-Pacific region, as defined by the World Bank, are eligible for concessional member rates.
